Pink Programming Sunday is an event where women can meet up and code and network together. Whether you want to work on your own project or pair up with someone for the day is completely up to you.

We will have a brief introduction to programming and can help you get
started, so you do not need to have any programming experience to attend
the event.

So bring your friend, colleague, sister, mother or daughter and join us for a fun day of coding.

Additional information

All women and transgender of all ages and programming experience levels are welcome. All you need to bring is a laptop and a pair of headphones for tutorials. The event is free of charge and a free lunch will be served.

Inspirational speaker

Vanja Tufvesson is the co-founder of Pink Programming, a non profit organization for women in programming. She is currently working as a IT consultant for HiQ, a leading company of innovation in technology.

Vanja is very passionate about information retrieval and big data and loves to share her experiences about being a women working in IT. She will give a short talk on the subject 'How a search engine works'.
